The Coaching Experience
Coaching is a new opportunity for personal and professional development. The concept of “coach” is inspired by sport and athletic practices. No great athlete achieves their highest potential without a coach there to guide, encourage and even transform them to success. Coaching helps passionate people set larger and more defined goals, and provides guidance and insight throughout the process of achieving these goals. Through the coaching partnership you attain results more quickly and effectively.
How do we begin? Our first meeting is designed to get to know each other. As your coach I am interested in your goals, need and concerns. As your coach I will guide you. Our first meeting is a time to establish rapport and begin to develop a plan to help you reach your goals.
What does your coach need from you? The key elements of a successful coaching experience is for you to be ready, willing and able to grow and be honest about where you are now and where you want to be. It is a time to share ideas with someone you trust and who understands without bias or judgment. Sometimes just talking it out with someone who really listens can be enough for your issues to become clear.
How does the coaching process work? Usually your coaching sessions are done over the phone. Along with allowing frequent, regular contact, it makes it easy to stay in the "coaching relationship" since you can call from your office or home. You complete the agenda form before each call and email it to me, outlining the progress you've made since the last call and setting the agenda for the next call. Most people are coached two to three times per month, in 45 minute sessions.
The topic of each session is determined by the client. The coach guides you to transform challenges into opportunities. When you are uncertain or confused, I help bring clarity. When a new goal is presented, I help you through the process of strategizing. I offer solutions, provide an accountability partnership and celebrate with you on a job well done. These processes help to set up the topic for the next session.

Private Sessions
Private coaching sessions focus on your specific agenda. Sessions open up the door for self discovery, and establish action plans to accomplish goals. By providing a safe and confidential environment you are invited to redirect your energy towards self awareness and a successful outcome.
Group Session Group coaching sessions focus on specific topics. This allows our participants to share experiences, discuss challenges and learn from each other. Members gain from camaraderie, support and increased motivation. Group coaching is highly effective for entrepreneurs, small business owners and those looking forward to transforming their dreams into the reality of a new business. The ideal group is comprised of four to six participants.
